If you need flooring in Richmond Texas, check out Ucasa Flooring. I can’t say enough good things about them. First of all, they had originally told us our project would take 5 days, and they finished in 3! That included all new flooring down stairs, all new carpet upstairs, and even demo and removal of about 300sf of old tile and particle board. Second, and more importantly, their crew and staff were great. Everyone was very professional, very courteous and respectful of our home, and the work is prefect. The only feedback for improvement would be to have someone contact the client a day or two before the project starts, just to let them know what time to expect the crews. The first day of the project we were left guessing as to what time people would be showing up at our house. Check ’em out!

Hands down best customer service! I told them what I wanted, found a material for the look I was going for and scheduled the flooring all over the phone. Even though I needed the job done in a hurry they still accomadated me. The floors look and feel amazing!
